Quiet Hours

A photography campaign capturing the hours between checkout and check-in, when a hotel belongs to nobody.

The story

How it came together

From the first brief to the final frame: the thinking, the shoot and what happened next.

The brief

Orlo Hotels was relaunching its three city properties and wanted images that felt calm and real, not like a brochure.

The idea

We photographed each hotel only in its quiet hours: empty corridors, unmade light, staff on a break. Spaces waiting for a story.

The shoot

Six days across three cities, shot on medium format with natural light only. No models, no retouching beyond colour.

The result

The images now run across the new website, print and out-of-home, and set the visual language for every future Orlo property.
